About returns

If the package has any external blow (or breakage of the box) it must be stated on the delivery note of the carrier when signing the receipt.

It is important to take pictures to be able to report it. If the package does not have any time but the interior merchandise is damaged or broken, photographs must be taken and reported by mail to colorsdisseny@gmail.com in the first 24 hours. In this way we can file a claim with the transport agency, and thus proceed to return the price of the part and the transport fee or send an equal part in replacement without transport cost.

Products made to measure for the client, orders on demand, own collection and photographs do not admit changes or returns.
